    For the uninitiated, 'nduja is a type of spreadable salami common in southern Italy. Calabrian red chillies and pork are the star ingredients here, and they also give this sausage its characteristic dark red colour and not-so-subtle heat.

    This 'nduja has a paste-like consistency and doesn't require cooking, which means there are countless ways to use it to your advantage. Add a few dollops onto your pizza before or after cooking for some fiery flavour bombs, or mix it into your pizza sauce for a spicy hit. You can even spread it lavishly on your dough or crust; we won’t judge.

    When you've eaten your fill, store the resealable jar in the fridge until you're ready to use it again (probably at your next pizza party, if we had to guess).
