That’s why we love the Olitalia Modena 5 Grape Balsamic Vinegar Glaze, which, as the name suggests, contains five grape varieties to give it a rounded, fuller flavour. Thick and creamy in consistency, there are hints of both sweet and sour, with a deliciously woody aroma thanks to the fact that this glaze is aged for two months in sessile oak barrels. As authentically Italian as it gets, there are no preservatives, caramel or other artificial colourings.

Suggested use: ideal for a post-cook drizzle on top of your pizza, served on the side as decadent dip, or with salads and other greens.
